Q1. How do I place an order on Cherizo?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collections, add your favorite handmade or personalized gifts to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

Q2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallet payments. For selected items, Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be available.

Q3. Can I track my order after placing it?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to track your package in real time.

Q4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes! Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. For personalized/custom products, cancellations are not possible once production begins.

Yes, Cherizo delivers handmade and personalized gifts all over India.

Q2. How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days, while customized/personalized items may take 7–12 business days depending on complexity.

Q3. What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on most orders within India. Any applicable charges will be shown clearly at checkout.

Q4. Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

For urgent gifting needs, we offer express delivery in selected cities. Please check the delivery at checkout or contact our support team if any queries before placing your order.

Customizations & Personalizations

Q1. Can I personalize my gift?

Absolutely! From photo frames, resin keepsakes, stickers, and hampers to handmade candles, most Cherizo products can be personalized.

Q2. How do I share my photos/Messages for personalization?

You can upload your photos/messages directly while placing your order or email/whatsapp them to our team with your order ID. Please find the email/whatsapp from our Contact-Us page here.

Q3. Can I request a completely custom design?

Absolutely! Our artisans love creating one-of-a-kind gifts. Reach out with your idea, and we’ll confirm feasibility and pricing.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Q1. What is Cherizo’s return policy?

We accept returns for eligible non-customized items within 24 hours of delivery. Personalized and custom-made gifts are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Q2. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged in transit, simply contact our support team within 24 hours with photos and videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Q3. How long does it take to process refunds?

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Bulk/Corporate Orders

Q1. Do you accept bulk or corporate gifting orders?

Yes! Cherizo specializes in festive hampers, wedding favors, and corporate gifts. Discounts are available on bulk orders.
